Gaby catered my sons rehearsal dinner and we could not have been happier. The savory bites were incredible, the desserts scrumptious. Gaby was easy to work with, patient and professional. I will return every time I’m in GR. It was exceptional

Omg, you HAVE to try this place!!! I live in Detroit, and every time I visit Grand Rapids, I always stop here! Everything is made from scratch and with top quality ingredients. The cream puff is literally to die for! Filled with a rich and creamy vanilla bean custard.....trust me, you need this in your life! The owner is such an amazing guy and you can tell he really cares about serving only the BEST pastries and desserts. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Just stopped by this place after having it in my saved list of places to go. Bought a macaron and a cream puff. Ate the macaron and I immediately went back and bought four more. They were that good! The girl at the counter was so nice and gave me the other flavor to try too. 🥹 Great service and amazingly good desserts. 🤤 I will be back for more. ❤️❤️

I had the Raspberry, Almond Cream & Vanilla Custard Tartelette, Molasses Cookies, and Chocolate Mousse—and every single bite was incredible. The flavors were beautifully balanced, with a sweetness that felt light and refreshing rather than overwhelming. It’s the kind of dessert that satisfies your craving but still leaves you wanting just one more bite. You can truly taste the quality and craftsmanship in everything. From the textures to the flavors, each item felt thoughtfully made and perfectly executed. Gaby’s is something special—and Chef Gaby himself makes the experience even better. Exceptional desserts, exceptional service, and absolutely worth every visit.

Not only did I have the pleasure of eating these delicious desserts, I had the privilege of getting to know the Famous Gaby. Owning a business is not some outlandish, fantastical, abstract thing. Gaby, however, embodies what it means to own a good business well. We spoke about his businesses practices, the way he treats his staff, the joy it brings him to employ people, the quality of his ingredients, and his dedication to crafting unique, and pristine quality products. Gaby’s desserts are impeccable, the flavor profiles hit the points they advertise with flawless accuracy. The environment which surrounds Gaby’s is welcoming, the staff kind, the food delicious, and the hospitality from the ownership very warm. If you considering Gaby’s, follow that path, and I assure you, you won’t regret your decision. The experience has been one I believe I will never forget, and I intend to be back many, many more times.
